HOW CAN WE HELP?

If you or a loved one is struggling with substance abuse, we can help.

If you need help with a loved one's substance use or abuse and don't know where to go...   CALL US.  We have been embracing and empowering families in our community - reaching out to promote healing and wellness - for over 10 years. We know how critically important prevention, early intervention and ongoing support for your child, loved ones, and their families can be. Our group can bridge you to much needed services for both you and your loved one. We work with individuals and families to build resiliency and strengthen the connection amongst family members and loved ones.

Join our support group, together we are stronger. Listen to others share their experience strength and hope; learn from our guest speakers about the inner workings of the Continuum of Care in CT and the options available; connect with a network of others who are facing similar issues and wish to walk alongside you in this journey.

OUR MISSION

Our Mission is to educate and empower our community in the prevention and treatment of substance abuse and to embrace families in crisis.

WE BELIEVE

We believe that knowledge is power, and by becoming better informed, we can begin to take the steps necessary that lead to Recovery. Substance Abuse and the opioid epidemic is an issue that affects all aspects of our community, and your involvement will make a positive difference.

OUR HOPE

Our hope is that you find a safe place. A place where you can express yourself openly without judgement or condemnation; a place where you can find answers or at least know that others have the same questions; a place where you can begin to care for yourself and strengthen yourself for the journey ahead. Recovery is HARD. Watching a loved one in recovery is also difficult. It's going to be a long road, don't go alone. Together we are stronger.

WE ARE COMMITTED

We are committed to addressing the issue of substance abuse directly, and we are dedicated to helping increase awareness through education. We will continue to work in conjunction with town agencies, the police department, the schools and religious communities to provide education and prevention resources.
